The Grasse site has been MASE* certified since 2010. The Tournaire Group has opted for safety by implementing this very stringent standard.

Tournaire uses MASE (certification of safety procedures) as a preventive tool leading to continuous improvements in safety in its workshops and worksites. This organization makes it possible to prevent accidents (low levels of frequency and severity compared with other engineering companies) and raises awareness of potential risks among Tournaire employees.

Tournaire has set up an organization and a prevention-oriented safety management system:

• identification and mitigation of dangerous situations;
• instruction and training on safe use of machines;
• risk reduction at source during the design of machines and production lines;
• communication on risks and preventive measures during regular meetings.

Tournaire’s sub-contractors are chosen according to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) criteria.
